How do I join the visit?
You receive a link to join a live video visit. Use a device with a camera and microphone and find a private space where you can talk with your provider.
What will we discuss?
Your provider will ask about your symptoms, history, and any current medications, just as in an office visit. You can ask questions and share concerns.
What are the limits of a virtual visit?
A virtual visit cannot include a physical exam or certain tests. If your provider needs more information, they may recommend an in-person visit.
What happens after the visit?
You will leave with clear next steps, which may include a prescription, follow-up testing, a referral, or an in-person appointment. Your provider will explain the plan.
